Delete your account

You can delete your Ladderline account at any time, in the app or by email. This page covers the Ladderline app on the web, iPhone and Android.

In the app

Sign in.
Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete my account [TBC: check the menu names match the app].
Confirm. You'll be signed out, and the account can't be used again.

By email

If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your username and club. We'll check it's you, delete the account, and confirm by email, within one month at the latest.

What gets deleted

Your login, email address, WhatsApp number or Discord username, avatar, army lists, notes and settings.
Your notification settings, and the devices registered for notifications.
It's removed straight away from the app and within 90 days from backups and logs.

What stays, without your name

Your past match results stay, because your opponents' ratings and the club's league history depend on them. Your name is removed and replaced with "Former player", so the results can no longer identify you.

If you only want your data erased but your account kept, or you want a copy of your data first, email us and say so.

Club owners

To close a whole club, cancel its plan and email us. The club's data is kept for 90 days in case you change your mind or want an export, then deleted. Match results are kept as above. See the terms.
